Just a quick update to say that we have money in the bank , over £9K in fact , and we will be asking tenants for their views on priorities for expenditure over the next six months. As previously notified the key priority remains the walkway at the left hand side of the building and we hope to have proposals for its replacement early in the year. Over the last six months we have spent £544 on electrical work and £676 on the drain in the basement at Flats 1 & 2. The flat roof repairs at Flat 20 cost over £2000 and we hope that that will ensure that it is watertight for the foreseeable future. |
