I have just paid the bill for the gas certificates for Flats 4 , 5 & 21 and thought that I should remind all owners who sublet that you should organise  a gas safety report for the gas appliances in your flat each year. Penalties for not doing so are severe and not servicing these appliances creates a risk to tenants.

We use Mark Okuniewski at Drawbridge Construction  who charges us 75 pounds per flat
