All ; we have had a note from a tenant to say that she slipped on some moss at the rear of the building and injured her knee.

Unfortunately the note was delivered to us here and not copied to Jeremy Green so we can't verify this. However the area is in shade for much of the year and moss develops there naturally ; it has done ever since we've owned the block and , presumably , before that time.
